Immeln Swimrun 2026

Immeln Swimrun is a race that takes place in Östra Göinge in the border country between Skåne and Blekinge. The race goes through varied and challenging terrain. The majority of running takes place in a forest environment and swimming takes place in a calm lake environment. Welcome to a race nature that was created for Swimrun. We offer courses of 7 km, 16 km and 31 km. There is also a shorter course for children. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned Swimrun athlete - we have something for you.
