Gravel Grit'n Grind Halmstad 2026 Gravel Grit’n Grind returns in 2026 with a weekend full of gravel action in and around Halmstad. The event will host the UCI Gravel World Series Qualifier on Saturday and a Nordic Gravel Series classification event on Sunday. Friday is reserved for shakeout rides discovering new areas around Halmstad and partner events. Early Bird Registrations apply to the first 150 participants (all categories)! Event registration includes on both days: Participation in the event Race timing & Live Tracking First aid Traffic control & marshals 1 to 3 food service stops on the course providing energy snacks, isotonic drink and water Post-ride snack Registration deferral to another participant until two weeks before the event. Qualifier medal (top 25% each category) - UCI Qualifier 15.08 only 100km and 150km guided PACE GROUPS : 20km/h & 25km/h Elite/Age Group Categories This is a UCI sanctioned event which means elite and age group categories apply. You can decide to race in the Elite (open) category or in your age group category. Your age group is based on your age as of December 31st 2026. F.ex if you turn 44 years old on 10th of October 2026 you are in the 41-44 years old age group. Based on your birthdate submitted on registration you will be assigned to your age group. Please also select your class in the registration process (needed in case you want to join the "Elite/Open Category" as an age group rider) On Thursday 13th and Friday 14th of August a series of Shakeout Rides and Group Rides will be organized by the Nordic Gravel Series and it's partners Practical info Accommodation partner info will be available during December 2025 The weekend program will be available during April 2026 The routes of the event will shared/published in May 2026 This event is also part of the 2026 Nordic Gravel Series Classification
