Friskvårdstrampen Tre Slott 2026

Welcome to Friskvårdstrampen Tre Slott! Tre Slott is an exercise race organized by IK Vinco Cykel and runs through the scenic landscape around Ystad. As the name suggests, a number of castles are passed along the way. The race is suitable for beginners as well as exercisers, there are four different distances to choose from, 30 km, 40 km, 63 km and 104 km. Pedal at your own pace and enjoy nature! Keep in mind that it is an exercise race and that traffic rules apply. The last day to register is July 30 . Late registration can be made on the same day as the race, in which case an additional cost of SEK 150 will be added. All participants who finish will receive a medal, light refreshments and drinks. Other prizes will be drawn based on their start numbers. There is a toilet in the finish area. The start and finish area can be found close to both the train station and the city center.
