Åsele Trailrun 2026

During Åsele Marknad 2026, it is time again for Åsele Trailrun – a close-to-nature running experience with a start and finish at the Åslia outdoor recreation area. Extraordinary trail running awaits you in the Lappish forest, where the course runs entirely off-road. No asphalt stretches, just paths, forest roads, elevation gain and the special feeling that comes when your steps find rhythm in nature. Two distances are offered during the day: the shorter one of 11 kilometers and the longer one of 22 kilometers. Classes offered are women's, men's and youth classes. Along the course there is service in the form of water, sports drinks and fruit, so that you can replenish your energy during the race. In addition to honor and fame, all class winners receive a surprise prize. The registration fee is 300 SEK for adults and 150 SEK for youth. Late registration can be made subject to space during the race day for an additional fee of 100 SEK. Åsele Trailrun is part of the pulse of the market weekend – but at the same time an opportunity to step straight into nature among the trees and paths.
